Our Law Firm offers its Clients complex legal service on the basis of a long term contract in which the remuneration is sets forth in a form of a lump fee or assistance in solution of certain legal problems for remuneration calculated as a fee per hour agreed upon the character of the case submitted and the work required.
The remuneration for representation in the courts` proceedings is calculated, in principle, according to the fees set forth in the Regulation of the Ministry of Justice of 28 September 2002 on the fees of the legal advisors.
